Custom system build quality and cable management seems very good with little to complain about. It was easy to set up and configure. I added a 2TB SSD to hold my games and away we went. There has yet to be a stutter even with games on Ultra.

First off I don't really do excellent, sorry to mess up your algorithm. that being said I did have a bit of trouble getting the computer delivered so I had to deal with service. I tried doing it via email, felt like i was talking to a machine, called and by golly the person I was emailing talked to me. I had been receiving human reply's all along it wasn't helping but. After talking to the service person and another $40 later I was able to have the package delivered at a different address (would not deliver if there was no one to sign). I have had a few glitches with setting up the computer, because the HDMI "receiver" on the new computer was so tight I had to buy a new HDMI cord, the end on mine was too big. And boys and girls they don't tell you, and I am guessing that most of you know this BUT if you get Bluetooth they send you that antenna for a reason. I was soooo close to calling tech support, thank the gods for YouTube. So far all in all I am happy with my purchase. I have a VERY simple system. Not many bells and whistles I just want to play some simple games and this is working for me.

machine works well out of the box; have had no serious issues. The only thing holding it back from a 5 rating is the way you all have configured the case lighting. Apparently I can't control it via software unless I open the box up and hook the rgb controller to the motherboard myself, because you all have seen fit to wire it straight to the power supply with only a mechanical switch control? This is a bizarre decision in what seems to be a well set up interior otherwise
