1) How does CyberPowerPC protect my personal information?
We do not reveal your personal information to any third parties or let the information become accessible to the general public without your consent. Please see the Privacy Policy page for details.
2) How do I contact HDFC Bank EMI?
If you financed your computer through EMI or have questions about financing through EMI, you can contact them directly with any questions you may have.
3) What currency is used on CyberPowerPC.in?
All prices shown on CyberPowerPC.in are listed in INR.
4) Do you sell Computer Parts?
CyberPowerPC generally only sells complete computer systems and we do not sell individual components through our website. This includes CPUs, GPUs, Hard Drives, RAM Memory, Fans, Cases, Lighting, and more.
CyberPowerPC, however, does sell individual gaming accessories that do not require the purchase of a complete gaming system and these accessories can be found on our Gear Store for purchase. This includes CyberPowerPC branded Keyboards, Mice, Headsets, Mousepads and Apparel.
5) How do I comment or leave feedback about the CyberPowerPC.in website?

6) How can I leave a testimonial, review or rate my purchase?
Shortly after your order has been shipped you will receive an email that will give you an opportunity to complete a survey about your purchase. You can both rate the product as well as leave a testimonial/review about the product and your purchase experience.

7) OEM vs Retail components what is the difference?
In terms of quality and performance, OEM and Retail components are identical in every way. The primary difference is that Retail products include the retail packaging which may offer things such as user guides to help with installation, CDs, and other added parts while OEM products, on the other hand, are specially designed for system builds such as CyberPowerPC and don't necessarily need to include instructions or extra items to build the computer.
CyberPowerPC uses a mix of both Retail and OEM parts for example since CyberPowerPC offers a variety of aftermarket fans and coolers that outperform the stock fans that come with retail CPUs, our OEM CPUs arrive in specially designed manufacturers trays and therefore will not have the original fan.
You can be rest assured there is no difference in the performance and because only CyberPowerPC is authorized to acquire OEM parts like this, we are able to pass the savings on to you.
8) Does CyberPowerPC ship internationally?
CyberPowerPc.in exclusively ships within India, we do not offer international shipping services. For orders from the United States please visit cyberpowerpc.com. For consumers in the United Kingdom, kindly visit cyberpowersystem.co.uk for more details.
Problems with the shopping cart or checkout process
Web browser cookies are required for shopping on CyberPowerPC.in so they must be turned on in order to proceed. Some browser safety features and plug-in may block this which will prevent you from adding items to your cart or checking out.
How to fix
To fix this you much make sure that you enable cookies on your browser for the CyberPowerPC.in website, to do this follow the instructions below.

  1. Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click Privacy.
  2. In the "Block cookies and other website data:" section, select Never.
9) Does CyberPowerPC produce and send paper catalogues?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any form of mail-order service, however occasionally during major sales events we do offer a downloadable or online viewable PDF format of sales specials.
10) Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not offer the option for customers to pick up their orders in person. All orders are processed and delivered through our designated shipping channels.
11) Exchanges and Cross-Shipments?
Every system we offer is custom built to your unique configuration so we don't offer exchanges or cross shipments.
12) My tracking number doesn't work, what should I do?
If your tracking number doesn't work or has errors, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be logged by the shipping courier. If after 24 hours you are still experiencing problems, you can contact CyberPowerPC Support at +91 7718801588 to verify that your information is correct.
13) How and when do I get the tracking number for my order?
After your order is placed, it will take some time to both processes our order and build your system. It can take as much as 10 days or more before your system is actually ready to be shipped which is when your shipping label will be generated. Once your shipping label is generated a tracking number will become available, however, it may not be accessible until it is picked up by the courier which won't occur until after 6:30 PM IST.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will include your tracking information. If you did not receive an email by your estimated shipping date, your system may still have back ordered items or may still be in production.

14) Can I get a refund if my PC is defective?
Yes. As long as it is within 30 days of the date on your invoice.
Note: invoice date is not the date of when your order was placed but the date of when the product was shipped.
15) Why was my credit card payment declined?
There are many reasons why a credit card payment could be declined, here are a few and some suggestions that may help fix it.
  • Incorrect Information
  • Wrong credit card numbers
  • Wrong expiration date
  • Wrong v-code
  • Wrong billing address
  • Wrong phone number
The most common issues are generally simple errors in the information provided. Double check that your information is correct and accurate. Additionally, your billing address must match the billing address on your credit card and the shipping address must be an address that is registered as an authorized address with your credit card company.
Funding and Security
  • Daily purchase limit
  • insufficient funds
  • Blocked due to security flag
  • Suspicious purchasing geo-location
Computers can be an expensive and uncommon purchase so your credit card may have flagged it as suspicious and blocked the transaction for security purposes. It may also exceed your daily purchase limit which is set up for your own protection. Simply call your credit card's customer service and they can identify the purchase attempt and give you further insight into why the transaction may have been declined.
16) What happens if an item I ordered is backordered?
While we attempt to the best of our ability to keep our inventory on CyberPowerPC.in as up-to-date as possible, there is a chance that a product could quickly run out of stock, even during your checkout process, before the system can be updated to reflect the backorder.
When this occurs, we will contact you via email to let you know of the current ETA for the back ordered item and how it affects your estimated ship date.
You may request a replacement alternative for the back ordered item but note this may affect the total cost of your system and the final amount processed.

Important! If you do not respond to our email regarding the backorder issue, regardless of whether it was lost in spam, junk or simply overlooked, your order will remain as processing until you contact us to make changes or cancel the order. We will only send this email notification once so if you feel you haven't received updates after 10 days, you should contact us immediately at +91 7718801588 to check on the status of your order.
We will make on final email attempt shortly before the 30-day limit where we will automatically cancel your order.
17) I did not see the order confirmation page, or get an order confirmation email.
If you placed an order and after the final checkout process your browser did not refresh with the final order confirmation page, or your system crashed after the final step, or you did not get an order confirmation email.

18) How many boxes (packages) should I expect for my order?
You should expect 1 shipping box per computer and 1 box per monitor for your order. The contents inside the shipping box which includes your computer should also include the following:
  • A box which contains your main computer.
  • A motherboard box containing additional motherboard accessories.
  • A quick start guides.
  • Optional accessories such as keyboard, mice, and headset if ordered.
  • Additional accessories bag for power cables and PSU accessories if it did not fit into your motherboard box.
19) How long does it take to process my order, how long until my order is shipped?
Your order is processed immediately after you submit your order (complete checkout), however, this does not mean it is ready to be shipped. CyberPowerPC systems are all built by hand so there is a number of steps including production and testing which could take from a minimum of 5 to 10 days to have your order ready for shipping.
This estimate of 5 to 10 days is a typical timeframe for a majority of the year however, there are exception periods that might extend this time to as much as 20-30 days. This includes holiday periods where orders are expected to take much longer to fulfil.
Preorder and backorder items may extend the ship date and will not be reflected in your shopping cart or order, however, we will notify you by email of these exceptions within the first 24 hours to ensure you understand the circumstances.

20) Can I update my order after it has been submitted?
Once your order has been submitted and your checkout process is complete, you still have a small window of time to make updates to your order before it is ready to ship.

Note the following:
  • Updates to your order are limited to availability and pricing.

21) Can I reactivate a voided or cancelled order?
If an order has been voided or cancelled, which could due to an error in processing payment, items no longer in stock, or any other reason, you will need to create a completely new order.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however, stock inventory and prices for components on the CyberPowerPC.in website are subject to change continually every minute and every day and as such voided or cancelled orders won't reflect the current pricing and availability.
22) How do I check the status of my order?

Please note that custom built-to-order systems have a typical production time of approximately 5-10 business days from the time when your order is placed. Please consider this when reviewing your order status.
23) What happen if an item is backordered?
If the order is placed and we find that one or more of your components is backordered, a sales representative will contact you to provide you with an eta of when we expect to receive your missing component(s) or we can offer alternatives that may help to speed up your delivery.

25) What type of payment methods does CyberPower accept?

26) Can I update my order after it has been submitted?

Problems with your Order FAQs
27) Where can I find my Order Number and Customer Number?
Your Order Number and Customer Number are sent to you in the Order Confirmation document via email after your order is processed. Please be sure to check your Spam mailbox to see if your email filters have identified the email from CyberPowerPC as spam.
28) Why has my order been cancelled?
We will never cancel any order without first notifying you by email.

We will only make an attempt to notify you once so it is important that you provide a current email that you check regularly. If there is a problem with your order that requires your response, we will generally email you about the problem on the same day or at most the next business day.

Your order maybe has been cancelled for one of the following reasons:
1. Payment Issue: We either have not received your payment or have not been able to process your payment successfully.
  • When this occurs, a notification is immediately sent to the email you provided to notify you of the issue. If we do not receive a response within 2 weeks your order will be automatically cancelled.
  • We will only make an attempt to notify you once so it is important that you provide a current email that you check regularly.
  • To reorder this product, visit us at www.cyberpowerpc.in to place your order again.

2. Product Availability: The product you've ordered is no longer available or there was a part shortage.
  • When this occurs, a notification is immediately sent to the email you provided to notify you of the issue. If we do not receive a response within 2 weeks your order will be automatically cancelled.
  • We will only make an attempt to notify you once so it is important that you provide a current email that you check regularly.
  • Your original order number may have been cancelled and a new order number created.
If a new order has not been created and your order has been incorrectly cancelled, Contact Customer Support for further investigation or if you want to place this order again, please contact a CyberPowerPC sales representative at +91 7718801588. Search your email for notifications from @cyberpowerpc.in to ensure that you didn't miss it or if it was accidentally put into your junk or spam folder by your email system.
29) What do I do if my order arrives and something is missing or wrong?
If your order has arrived and something is missing or wrong, please make sure you check the items that you have received against the information on your Packing Slip and/or your Order Confirmation document.

1. Refer to your email order confirmation for further details.
  • Missing Items - If an item appears on the Packing Slip and/or Order Confirmation document but hasn't arrived, your order may have been shipped in multiple packages your items may still be in transit.

2. If you can't locate a missing item or need assistance please contact CyberPowerPC Customer Support.
  • Wrong Items - If the item you ordered is listed correctly on your Packing Slip and/or Order Confirmation email, but the item actually delivered is incorrect, please contact CyberPowerPC Customer Support.

31) How long does it take to process an order?
Order processes immediately after you submit your order. Usually, on off-peak periods, it takes about five to ten business days to have your order ready prior to shipment.
Our website offers estimated ship dates which you can view next to the price when you've configured your computer.

During certain periods of the year or major sale events, orders may take longer to ship due to limited inventory or parts or simply because of production overflow. This includes the months following major holidays. During these periods, we will provide visible notices of these delays both on our website and on the shipping, estimate provided to you during the checkout process.
