The only issue I have is that I was not notified that there was a delay do to video card not in stock. It would have been nice to receive a email letting me know of the delay, instead of me having to call to find out.

The build quality is excellent, as always, and the system is running as expected so far. However, I picked the NZXT H7 FLOW case, which I assumed was the most recent (2024) model. Instead, it was the 2022 model. The pictures did show the 2022 model, but the description should have been more clear about which model it was.

The compter package I order, was really good. I got it at a summer sale. The PC is really good, it can run games super fast and I get 0 lag, which gave me access to anygame I wanna play at full HD settings. Also I have alot of storage which can let me download tons of apps. If there are a few cons, Id say that when they advertise the PC on image they should make sure to include on the order. I'm not very experience with computer parts and from the image I thought I would get more fans but I was unsure cause I thought it already camw with it. Its more of a personal problem for me so I'll make sure to do more research. However the actual issue I encountered with opening the PC is that there was a outdated manual on removing the foam and glass panel. There was a time I could havw broken it by force. However I looked at another manuel and it made me realize what I had to do to unscrew the panel off to take the protective foam out. Overall I enjoyed my Purchase of my PC and if I were to ever buy another PC it would be from CyberPower again, because they delivered well.

Very nice PC so far. Performance has been exactly what I expected. I did pay additional for expert wiring. I felt overall the wiring was nice, but I would have taken a little more time hiding wires and routing differently on the motherboard. Again a small complaint, but when I build a PC, I take great pride in the wiring appearance. Overall very happy so far!!!!
