I would suggest that if you guys forsee a delay in building or shipping a pc due to the availability in graphics cards, to let the customer know before hand. Or just put a note in the order status so the customer isn't left guessing on why their order hasn't been built as their original projected shipping day approaches.

1. There could have been more updates during the build process as there were long gaps without updates. For example, I learned from UPS the computer had shipped. 2. There could be a PDF user manual. For example, there is a nob next to the inside power button that I have no idea what function it performs. Also would be nice to know how much total ram the system can handle. 3. So far build quality and performance has been excellent.

While I was looking to build a new computer I came across CyberPower. I found several prebuilt systems and several suggested systems that matched what I was looking for. I then compared the price of the St Patricks Day Special II to the price of each component in it and the CyberPower price was cheaper than me buying the individual parts and building it myself. I did some research on CyberPower PC and discovered that they have been in business for 27 years and they are BBB accredited with an A+ rating. When I placed my order I was impressed with the tracking information that was provided for each step, from getting the parts for the build, assembly, quality inspections, and then shipping. My new system was shipped and came in sooner than the estimated date. The computer was built with quality part and put together very well. Everything was exactly like I expected if not better. Awesome computer. There were a few things that could use improvement. 1) This case has RGB lights but there was no documentation to explain how to change the color of them. It took awhile for me to discover the the RGB lights were connected to the case Reset switch. 2) I spent extra money for the professional wiring, which was done but not very well. Not much effort was spent ensuring the cables were cleanly and efficiently routed. It looks like all that was done, was the wires were tie strapped to ensure they didn’t move. 3) UPS didn’t do a very good job handling the packages. 2 boxes were shipped to me (computer box and accessory box). Both boxes arrived with damage. The computer box had a few puncture holes in it but the computer itself was in good condition. The accessory box was definitely beaten and abused. The sides of the box looked like it had been crushed and the box looked like it had been opened. UPS retaped this box and it arrived a day late. Luckily everything in the box was on good condition. I did an inventory of of everything I ordered and everything was there. My overall experience with CyberPower PC and the computer they built was excellent and I would recommend them my friend and family.

I got this about a week ago. Its great so far. The real test is longevity. It seems like its set up great. Hopefully all parts last a long time. If they do. Then this is a great value. Time will tell

Most of the experience was good. The price was good. I received multiple emails throughout the process. However, there were multiple spelling and grammar issues in the emails, making them hard to understand. One email said to reply to it if I had any questions. I did so and NEVER received a response. Not a great start. Luckily, the PC came on the estimated day and works well for now.

There were no issues with the PC during transit. Using UPS gave me the peace of mind that I knew where my machine was the whole time. I am extremely happy and will likely buy from you again.
