While the chat option was OK... I preferred the phone interaction I experienced before. Many of the options did not have any information and I had to go somewhere else to find the information. Selecting a box was one of my hardest decisions. I had wish there was some guidance on select some of the options. The box I selected turn out too small for the GPU card I selected... The web should have caught that.

This CyberPower purchase of an Infinity 8800 Pro SE custom-built Gaming PC has been great all the way through. The website gave me the best choice of custom build options, including excellent info for most of the component options. There was no messing around with pricing, everything consistently added-up, including showing amounts for upgrades on the build sheets. CyberPower sent me multiple e-mails updating on each stage of the build. Build took about 2 weeks, which was reasonable. They used UPS for quality shipping and tracking. The quality of the box and packing was better than expected. They included all the accessory items and documentation from the major components, such as excess PS modular cables, motherboard cables and wireless antenna, and several manuals. Excellent start-up guide helped me open the case properly and attach peripherals to the most appropriate ports. Every component I ordered was there. Cable routing was well done. Windows 11 setup ran smoothly. CyberPower AIO and Corsair ventilation fans were much quieter than expected. I have been up and running for several days with no issues. This has been a superior purchase experience from beginning to end, thanks to everyone at CyberPower for top quality work, and highly recommend to all.

Excellent customer service via emails and I was very happy with the timeline updates as the PC was assembled, built, and tested. The only gripe with the website is that with the free RAM upgrade, the CL or first word latency wasn't listed in the specs breakout.

Departure was slow causing it to arrive a day later than scheduled. This caused issues having someone available to receive it. The computer is nice. (I forgot how noisy stock fans are!) Quick ship options provided a nice computer, I'm sure it will do well for gaming!
